Scheduling your New Patient Exam and Periodic Exam Appointments

Pre-school children and infants are usually scheduled in the morning, however depending on your child they can be made in the early afternoon.

We encourage early and regular dental exams, these visits allow us to educate your child on how to prevent decay (sugar bugs). Also, this allows Dr. Tari to monitor your child's hygiene habits and their growth patterns. Call our office at (308) 234-kids (5437) to schedule your child's exam today.

Scheduling Treatment Appointments

Pre-school and infants are scheduled in the morning, we want them well rested and to be able to cope with the appointments.

Try to have your child eat a light meal prior to the appointment.

Your child can return to day care, pre-school or school right after the appointment is completed.

The Tooth Fairy Pediatric Dental Clinic will make every attempt to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available. We prefer to set treatment appointments before you leave the office at your child's exam but if you need to check dates at home first, please get back to us quickly at (308) 234-kids (5437) to schedule your child's appointment.

Late and Missed Appointments

We know that with children schedules can be hard to keep on track. If you are running late for your appointment please contact our office. If you should arrive more than 10 minutes late we may ask you to reschedule.

We allow one missed appointment with no phone call. All of our patients are important to us and because we reserve time for each patient, we ask for you to contact our office 24 hours in advance if you cannot keep your appointment. Certainly the unexpected may happen, in these cases we would appreciate it if you contact us as soon as you are able.

Our priority is to keep our appointments from running behind, however when working with children sometimes we do run behind. We appreciate and value your time and ask that you are patient with us when we do run behind schedule. We will give your children the best care possible and to do that sometimes we cannot keep on schedule. We will inform you of any waiting time once you arrive.
